We are seeking a passionate and creative Brand and Communication Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication and branding initiatives that align with the K3C Campaign's mission. You will work closely with our team to create and manage content that promotes the core values of our campaign, engage with our global audience, and increase our visibility across various platforms.

Requirements

  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Christian values and the ability to communicate them effectively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
    • Creative thinking with a strong ability to generate innovative ideas.
    • Experience in content creation, including writing, graphic design, and video production.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation

As a non-profit organization primarily funded through donations, many of our activities are carried out by volunteers. We are looking for individuals who believe in our vision and are willing to volunteer their skills. However, we also welcome applications from those who wish to be compensated for their services.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy that enhances the visibility and impact of the K3C Campaign.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content (including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, videos, and press releases) that aligns with the campaign’s mission and resonates with our target audience.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the campaign’s social media presence across various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
  • Campaign Promotion: Develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase awareness and participation in the K3C Campaign, particularly during the Christmas season.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure coverage and increase the campaign’s visibility.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, both online and offline, that align with the campaign’s goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with churches, organizations, and influencers to amplify the campaign’s message and foster partnerships.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of communication efforts and campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
